Sentons Developer Starter Kit
The Sentons Developer Starter Kit is designed for running and testing on Sentons SNT815x carrier-board with our standard modules. The kit simplifies the processes of making working products with a small learning curve as well as to qualify whether the substrate you are working on can leverage the benefits of using our standard modules.
Use it for testing the substrate of the applications you are interested in and then request official firmware support with our optimizations. If the standard module option does not meet your requirements, please feel free to drop us with your design requests via info@sentons.com.
The kit provides you simplified ways to access our chip control registers and the signal processing including (but are not limited to):
- Substrate material selection (aluminum, carbon-fiber, polyoxymethylene, polycarbonate, ABS, and more)
- Sensor module definition
- Analog circuit controls
- Receiver mode optimization
- Signal strength normalization
The kit package includes:
- 1 x Sentons SNT815x carrier-board (SNT815x CBv1)
- 1 x micro-USB cable
- 1 x FPC adaptor board with housing
- 1 x Sentons SenKit with the sensor pre-attached aluminum substrate
- 1 x Sentons SenKit with the sensor pre-attached carbon-fiber substrate
- 1 x Sentons SenKit with the sensor pre-attached polyoxymethylene (POM) substrate
- 5 x spare Sentons L4D060C modules
- 2 x FPC extender cables
- 1 x 50-pin flat-flex cable (FFC cable)
The Sentons Developer Starter Kit is a cost-effective way to jump-start your development efforts as more substrate and applications become commercially available.
