Sentons Developer Kit

The Sentons Developer Kit is designed for running and testing on Sentons SNT815x carrier-board with our 4-piezo standard module. The kit simplifies the processes of making working products with a small learning curve and tries to quickly qualify whether the substrate you are working on can leverage the benefits of using our standard modules.

Use it for testing the substrate of the applications you are interested in and then request official firmware support with optimization. If the standard module option does not meet your requirement, please also feel free to drop us a request via

The kit gives you development access to our chip control registers and the signal processing with the functionalities that we frequently use include (but are not limited to):

  • Substrate material selection (aluminum, glass, and steel for now; more coming)
  • Sensor module definition
  • Analog circuit controls
  • Receiver mode optimization
  • Signal strength normalization

The kit package includes:

  • 1 x Sentons SNT815x carrier-board (SNT815x CBv1)
  • 1 x micro-USB cable
  • 1 x FPC adaptor board with housing
  • 1 x Sentons SenKit with the sensor pre-attached aluminum substrate
  • 1 x Sentons SenKit with the sensor pre-attached glass substrate
  • 1 x sensor pre-attached SUS 304 substrate
  • 2 x FPC extender cables
  • 1 x 50-pin flat-flex cable (FFC cable)

The Sentons Developer Kit is a cost-effective way to jump-start your development efforts as more substrate and applications become commercially available.
